Good Morning North 4th Grade STARS!
Thank you for participating in our morning chat regarding the Wall Ball, 4 Square Courts, and UNWANTED PHYSICAL CONTACT.
If or when you have been pushed, stepped on, or punched, please let me know as soon as possible. If you're feeling uncomfortable, you are welcome to send me an email or excuse yourself from the classroom when the time is right. If I'm not in my office, please ask Mrs. Bunn to find me.
Your safety ensures your success in school. Every one of you needs to have a trusted adult at school. If you cannot think of one, please let me know, and I'm happy to work with you to find one.
Unwanted physical contact is unacceptable, unwelcome, and uncool. In case you didn't know, unwanted physical contact is also a suspendable offense.
Moving forward, I have met with our yard duty supervisors, moved the waiting line off the courts, and communicated with your parents and guardians. I will do my best to be present during recess as much as possible.
Our Classroom Delegates are working with their classmates to review our current Constitution IV and suggest necessary updates. Our Delegates will complete THIS form which is due on October 25th. Delegates will join our Student Council on October 27th, and we will discuss updates in preparation for the ratification of our Constitution V on November 15th.
